General conditions and Terms of YOUNITE

1) Website
By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1.1 Intellectual Property
The Site www.youniteonline.com and www.younitenews.com and all of its original content are the sole property of Younite
1.2 Termination
Younite reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.
1.3 Links to Other Websites
Our Site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by Younite.
Younite Ā has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on our site.
1.4 Changes to This Agreement
Younite Ā reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

2. Events, courses, camps, workshops, seminars and coaching
2.1 Subscription
By clicking on the ā€œsubscribeā€ button on one of our event pages the Participant purchases the event, course, workshop, camp, seminar or coaching (from now on course) and commits to attend it in the date and place chosen. Younite upon communicating to the Participant at least 20 days before the beginning of the course, has the faculty to change (a) the location of the course and/or (b) the date of it, for organizational purposes and for the best results. Younite will communicate to the participant the new dates and/or the new location of the Course via e-mail and/or by phone. In that case, the Participant can attend the Course, wherever itā€™ll be organized, as long as, up to 10 days before the beginning of the Course which has been postponed or moved to another location, he timely informs that by writing to Younite via certified mail with advice of delivery, or by phone or via e-mail. In any case, the Participantā€™s right to recede from the present contract will not be affected and it needs to be exerted by sending a certified mail with advice of delivery to Younite up to 10 days from the date in which he receives the communication of the change of location or the variation of the date of the Course.
2.2 Organization of the course
The organization and management of the Course are taken care by Younite or one of their partners, residing in Vallaat, 8754EW Makkum, Friesland.
2.3 Cancellation rights
If the Participant decides to withdraw within the 2nd day from the beginning of the Course, he has the right of a 20% refund of what he paid, excluding the fixed management costs (and the other Participantā€™s expenses, such as travel, hotel, etc.).
If the participant doesnā€™t cancel the course he will not be refund.
2.4 Expenses
The travel and hotel expenses are not included in the expenses for the participation to the Courses if not comunicated otherwise.
2.5 Privacy police
By signing the present contract the Participant expresses his consent to the treatment of the personal data which will be handled for the registration of this initiative, for statistical data processing and to send, if agreed upon, commercial information regarding products and services of YOUNITE, with computerized methods, strictly need for those purposes. Giving your personal data is necessary for the execution of the service, which includes, at the discretion of the Client, the forwarding of commercial information. The holder of your personal data is YOUNITE, having its head office in Vallaat 36, 8754EW Makkum, Friesland , the Netherlands. The Client is entitled to exert his rights of article 7 of Legislative Decree (D.Lgs.) 196/03 (access, integration, correction, opposition, cancellation) with regards to the above-mentioned holder responsible for the treatment of your personal data. The data will be treated by people in charge at YOUNITE to handle the event, marketing and administration and can be communicated to YOUNITE companies for the same purposes of the data collection.
2.6 Force Majeur
In case YOUNITE fails to respect the obligations deriving from the present contract due to a cause not imputable to the company itself, YOUNITE will have the faculty to suspend temporarily and/or permanently its compliance to contract; any costs already sustained by the Participant, in the case of an early termination of the contract, due to a non-fulfillment and/or negligence not ascribable to YOUNITE, will be refunded proportionally to the Participant. As non-ascribable cause, and as a non-comprehensive example and, it means, among other things, ā€œforce majeure, fortuitous event, and as a non-comprehensive example, natural disaster, strikes, sudden deathsā€. Among the non-ascribable causes are included other things, diseases of the staff and/or the trainers, the unavailability of the location, war situations, nuclear and natural disasters which prevent the execution of the Course. YOUNITE declines any responsibility deriving from any disease/sickness and/or any kind of psychological/emotional disease which could stem during the course and/or for any material or immaterial harm deriving from an incorrect use of any information /or technique suggested during the Course.
In case the particpant is under 18, the parents will sign the detailed agreement of each course at the moment of registration on the first day of the course.
2.7. Execution of the course
YOUNITE retains the right and faculty to have their trainers and coaches leading the activities or parts of them and are not personal responsable for any injure or emotional or physical damage at the particpant

3 Copyright
The copyright on the data collection, brochures, study and training materials, text books, informative sheets, photocopies, manuals, charts, CDs, DVDs and the other written materials provided and used in the Course, which are published by YOUNITE, from now on called ā€œthe materialsā€, is up to YOUNITE, unless on the same material is mentioned a third part who has the copyright. Without expressed written authorization from YOUNITE, the Participant will not published the data extracted from the materials under any form and will not duplicate or spread them in any way. Also the copyright on the program material, on the documents, in written form as well as electronic digital form, on offers, letters, reports, evaluations, proposals, CDs, DVDs and similar things derived from the activities of YOUNITE is entitled exclusively to YOUNITE. The methods of diffusion, as above-mentioned, are not comprehensive. Even in the case of diffusion in a different way from the above mentioned, the copyright and the other rights of intellectual property are not transferred and YOUNITE is entitled to them.

4. Products
4.1 Payment products
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
4.2 Shipping Policies
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.
4.3 Refund/Return Policy
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
4.4 Cancellation
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
4.5 Complaints
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: info@youniteonline.com or 00393384825290. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.
4.6Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

5. JURISDICTION and PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The present agreement is subject to the Dutch law. The litigations stemming from the present agreement will be subject exclusively the competent Dutch judge.
